Best Eats: Parma

For those following my Instagram you will know that I just spent an amazing two weeks eating my way though Italy with Nadja.
We did five cities in two weeks by train which I can highly recommend. The fast trains in Italy are great, so clean, super speedy and comfortable.

Just when you think you’ve found your favourite one, the one you know, you’d want to move into, another stunning one appears.

We accompanied ours with a cutting board of I Salumi, pestos and fresh foccaccia.  I could probably quite happily live off that combination, it was that good.  Then again Italian food always is!
